People For a United DC
THE STAKES Are high.

The race for mayor in Washington, D.C. stands as an inflection point for the city. The District of Columbia is at a critical moment – economic assumptions on which the city has relied for decades have been upended. Do we adapt, overcome, and proposer – or do we slide into stagnation, mismanagement, and a doom loop of falling revenues and declining services.
Rather than a traditional partisan battle, the 2026 Primary Election presents residents with a clear contrast between two competing philosophies for how Democratic leadership will guide the District’s future.
The Democratic Primary, which in effect decides the mayoralty, is June 16th.

Our Approach
The Strategy
Phase One
Data Gathering
Conduct comprehensive polling, message testing, and opposition research. Use findings to refine core messaging, analyze data trends, and identify priority voter segments. Develop and produce initial advertising creative. Launch a cross-platform media campaign designed to define the race early and shape the narrative. Monitor earned media coverage, digital engagement, and voter response to evaluate message penetration and perception shifts.
Phase Two
produce and Assess
Assess feedback and performance metrics from the initial media rollout. Adjust strategy, messaging, and targeting as needed based on data and public reaction. Launch a second cross-platform media effort that builds on insights gained and reinforces contrast.
Ongoing Phase
strategize and act
Continue adapting strategy in response to evolving campaign dynamics, public and internal polling, voter sentiment, and broader political conditions. Refine targeting, messaging, and tactical decisions based on continuous analysis of performance data and the overall state of the race.
